I used to work for AT&T several months ago and I couldn't agree more.. Your story is not uncommon and I really hope at&t ups their game for customer service. Though... I have a feeling its only going to get worse because it seems that the company does not care for their employees like they used to. Especially with the new CEO. Also... As an employee, you'd think I would have better experiences dealing with my own company... not so.. I was treated like everyone else and dealt with these same issues.
