I whent to abode and found somthing very interestin you can log in and leave you email adress and they will notify you when 10.1 dlash is ready to be down loaded to your phone the connect enter 10.1 flash in searh and it will take you to lad department from there follow green promts to leave your info but register first or you will have to do every thing all over from there all you have to do it wait also it gives for 2 types one is pre b etathe other is beta bate will ask you tp push set up you will want to hit set up so that it will down load for you when ready other than that they give no date for releasehope you have fun.

The G1 is an amazing ‘phone’. Just give it time and the apps are gonna be even better. A year from now there’s no telling what this phone can do. And as for battery life, what did you expect from a phone with a lighted keyboard and a screen so large? It only took me 30 seconds to setup my yahoo account on the phone. Another minute and a half I was changing my status on the FULL VERSION of facebook, and downloading some killer apps!

Google starmap will ‘awe’ all of your friends, just tell em to look and find the moon… impressive!

I should have kept my behold. It had a flash to take pictures. The best camera i’v ever seen on a phone. Didn’t have to worry about a flash player. Touch screen keyboard. Only thing good about the g1 is its a walking computer that’s it

I love my g1, but the battery is kinda a problem.. and where’s the flash ? srsly ? I’ve been hearing about it for like months now. ha, one more thing, my dad took out my SIM card and then right after, I put it back in, and it wants me to sign into my gmail account, and I know the password because I’ve signed in to it on a cpu, but it says invalid password every time I try it on my g1. I can’t even acces the market now. can someone please tell me what’s going on ? blancoisbeast@gmail.com

Yeah the battery life is really bad on the G1. Like someone stated turn off the wi-fi, blutooth, GPS, and manually switch from 3G to 2g/edge/gprs. I got mine 2weeks before it came out and I love the handset, a few things I don’t like are: No Flash player as of yet, not stereo Blutooth, can’t save MMS unless you 4ward as an email then save from there, battery life, no flash on camara, doesn’t capture video. All those issues I’m sure some one will develop an app to solve them. But if any1 knows if an existing flash player is available please let me know

Battery life is ok if you turn off gps and wifi. I saved money buying a motorola car charger for $6 at bestbuy that works with this G1. Dunno. If its gonna destroy my battery (is it?)

Keypad is a bit stiff, I wish it would take less pressure to press the buttons. The onscreen iphone keyboard honestly is someytimes more easy to type on coz its very sensitive screen requires little pressure, and also surprisingly makes little typo errors for such cramped space.

G1 slider hinge creaks… a lot of cool but useless apps in the android market right now… speakers r no match to the LG dare

Yeah’ G1 isn’t a full web experience without a flash player. A car charger does come in handy for recharge when not in home or office. Over all I am glad that i chose this phone, got it the first day it came out.
